- First rendering of third-generation Picanto
- Great-looking car to be fully revealed in 2017
- ‘Youthful, energetic – inside and out’
SEOUL, South Korea – Kia Motors has released the first images of its new Kia Picanto, the third generation of what the automaker calls “one of our best-selling global cars”.
The images sent to The Corner reveal a car far removed, much developed, from the first rather basic versions. Here’s what Kia has to say about it ahead of its launch, believed to be at the January 2017 Detroit auto show:
“The new Picanto combines a youthful and energetic new exterior and interior design with greater potential for customer personalisation, inside and out. It keeps its characteristically compact dimensions and conveys a more assertive stance through bolder body lines and a vibrant colour palette.
“The cabin’s suite of high-tech comfort, convenience and safety features is underscored by a modern and refined new design that uses even smarter packaging efficiency.”
