SEOUL, South Korea – Hyundai Motor, ahead of the official unveiling, has produced a video showing some design details of its all-new Kona SUV.
It’s the youngest SUV in Hyundai’s European range and, the company says, will continue with the brand’s new design identity “with a progressive character and the latest technology to create a unique proposition in the sub-compact SUV segment”.
“The Kona’s profile,” Hyundai says, “emphasises the voluminous and assertive body’s sleek and sharp shape. Its strong and confident visual presence is characterised by its wide stance and twin headlights.”
The Kona is said to also have the latest technology, so making premium features “more accessible for a convenient and safe driving experience”.
Among them is a head-up display which projects key driving information directly into the driver’s line-of-sight. The 20cm projected image guarantees daytime visibility.
The 2017 Hyundai Kona is a couple of months away from it official media launch.
