SUZUKA, Japan – Lewis Hamilton is now close to scoring his fourth Formula 1 World championship with his win today (Oct 8) at the 2017 Japanese F1 GP.
His closest rival Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari) retired with engine problems.
Mercedes’ Hamilton finished 1.2sec ahead of Red Bull’s Max Verstappen despite tyre vibration intensifying towards the end of the race.
Verstappen’s Australian Red Bull team mate Daniel Ricciardo was third.
